The substainable Development goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also referred to as the global goals, were established by the United Nations in 2015. They comprise a comprehensive set of 17 interconnected objectives that serve as a roadmap for countries, organizations, and individuals to collaboratively strive for a sustainable and inclusive future for all.
The SDGs provides a framework for countries, organizations, and individuals to work together towards achieving the common purpose of a more substainable future by the year 2023. The goals are accompanied by a set of indicators that serve as measurable targets to track progress towards achieving each goal. The goals encompass a wide range of critical issues, including the eradication of poverty and hunger, the promotion of quality education, the achievement of gender equality, the mitigation of climate change, and the advancement of peace and justice.
The global goals call for concerted efforts and collaboration among various stakeholders, encompassing governments, international organizations, businesses, communities, and individuals. It is through collective action that we can effectively address the global challenges and work towards the realization of a more sustainable and equitable world for present and future generations.
